This was an excellent class. Kathleen was awesome. She took the time to explain things - especially to those of us that really needed a true beginner course to learn how to use their camera. An added good thing?it was a beautiful Spring day to take pictures in the park. I will definitely sign up for more events.

    PHOTOGRAPHERS
    Kathleen Fritch
Photography has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. There's something truly magical about capturing a moment in time and being able to share it with others. Whether it's the vibrant colors of a sunset, the intricate details of a flower, or the candid expressions of people, photography allows us to see the world in a unique and beautiful way.

In addition to being a photographer, I am also an avid runner. Running keeps me energized and focused, and it has taught me the importance of patience and perseverance 2014qualities that are equally valuable in photography. Just like running, photography is about the journey as much as the destination. It's about exploring, experimenting, and finding joy in the process.

So, let's get started and embark on this creative adventure together!

Kathleen Fritch is available for private bookings

Available most Saturdays from 2pm until 6pm for private tutoring.

This photo was taken in St. Mary's Georgia while I was visiting my sonIt is such a beautiful town, that is almost laid back in time. We were both out flying drones together, having fun. We specifically went there for sunset photos and was lucky enough on that day to capture such a beautiful photo. And for those of you that may have drones that was captured with the mini 5 pro.

I took a creative risk by shooting directly into the sun. I spent so much time working towards the final image that I wasn't sure I even liked it. So, I posted and mentioned the editing struggles and my feelings on it. I got much positive feedback from friends and strangers. The next day Inlooked at it again, with fresh eyes and loved what I've done. The positive words renewed my desire to create something beautiful.

That contrast always feels worth it?the air still heavy from the storm, the sky clearing just enough to let those deep oranges and purples break through. You can almost see the sunlight catching the leftover moisture in the clouds, turning everything into a glowing canvas for a few brief minutes. Mosquitoes were in full force but couldn?t resist taking the shot.

This image is a Still Life Composition of "Berries, Wine and Grapes" that I created on a rainy day in my bedroom. I used no fancy Studio Lighting at all. My only light source was a hand-held flashlight that I kept moving rapidly. It was an experiment in Light Painting when I couldn't go outside to shoot.
